Impact Partners with Polycom to Offer New Polycom DaaS Model for Customers

DENVER – August 9, 2017 – Impact Telecom, a leading provider of traditional and cloud communications, announced today it will now offer Polycom’s new month-to-month Device as a Service (DaaS) model which offers greater flexibility and lower costs for end user voice subscribers. In addition to customers’ options to purchase or lease the phones with Impact’s Hosted PBX service, customers now have the added flexible option of renting the devices without upfront cost of owning the phones.

Impact Hosted PBX offering includes an auto attendant, a mobile app, voicemail to email, unlimited local and long distance and over 50 advanced features for $19.99/month. The new Polycom DaaS model will be offered alongside for 3-year term commitments with no upfront costs and will include the opportunity for technology upgrades when available as well as replacement of phone if necessary.
