Chuck Griffin
Chief Executive Officer

Chuck Griffin has held executive leadership roles spanning more than 20 years. A business development expert, he started his career as Vice President of Operations in a regional retail organization where he led a 1000% growth rate, Top-10 national recognition, and managed the company’s sale to in a significant industry merger.

He took a business development role in the technology sector with @Link Communications, where he gained technical expertise in business technologies including ATM, Frame Relay, T-1, NxT-1, DSL and VPN. @Link had a primary emphasis in enterprise sales to fortune 500 companies.

As Vice President of Business Development at Idigi Communications, he developed expertise in fixed-base, point-to-multipoint wireless technologies focused on international installations including Reykjavik, Iceland and Gothenburg, Sweden.

He went on to ICG Communications and successfully led the company through a partner channel transformation. Post-bankruptcy, ICG moved from a direct-only sales model to a 100% indirect sales model successfully growing its national channel program in more than 24 markets serving more than 600 agents and master agents.

He left ICG to form his own Data and VoIP Company, IPath Communications, adding expertise in Voice over IP to his portfolio. As CEO of IPath, Chuck extended this expertise to include all access technologies of Ethernet over Copper, Ethernet over T1, MPLS as well as VoIP expertise in Broadsoft and SIP. When Impact Telecom purchased iPath, Chuck took on the role as COO.

Chuck graduated with a B.S. in Management from the University of Colorado. He is based in the Denver, CO office.


Brian McClintock
Chief Financial Officer

Brian McClintock came to Impact Telecom in 2016 after the merger with TNCI, having joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in 2014. Over the past 18 years, he has served as CEO, COO, CFO, and Vice President of several successful and profitable professional service, telecommunications and technology companies including McGrath Systems, KDDI Global LLC, InfiniRoute Networks and New Global Telecom.

As CEO, COO, and CFO of his prior companies, Brian has developed strategic organizational plans, managed Company profitability, and led teams in designing and implementing process improvements resulting in greater timeliness and accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management. He has delivered substantial financial results and strengthened customer satisfaction, established several key strategic relationships and acquired several significant new assets.

McClintock holds a B.A. in Business Management from Lynchburg College, and a Masters of Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from La Salle University. McClintock was honored by the Philadelphia Business Journal as the 2011 CFO of the Year for small businesses.


Doug Funsch
Chief Revenue Officer

Doug Funsch has held telecommunications leadership positions spanning nearly three decades, in both financial and sales positions. Doug joined Impact in 2009 to lead the company’s new wholesale terminations group in vendor and sales management. Over the years his responsibilities expanded to oversee all financial, accounting, treasury, human resources and regulatory departments as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he served as a lead on several successful mergers and acquisitions and headed up Impact’s corporate development and integrations initiatives.

In his role as Chief Revenue Officer Doug is responsible for all revenue-related areas driving the revenue generation process and ensuring continued growth.

Doug began his career in 1987 at GTE Corporation (now Verizon) within the Internal Audit group and quickly progressed through various financial management positions. In 1994, with a transition to sales, Doug opened the Chicago market for GTE, rapidly becoming one of their leading sales performers.

With continuing sales positions in the wireless industry at GTE TSI (now Syniverse) and onto Nortel Networks as Sales Director, Doug has constantly achieved top sales performance levels while continuing to move upward in varying management positions. In 2001, he joined Xtension Services Inc. (XSI), a wholesale termination provider in Tampa, Fl., to lead direct and channel sales efforts. While at XSI he was integral in launching several strategic initiatives covering vendor management cost reduction and financial accountability with a focus on pricing, margin control and overall account profitability.

Doug holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University. He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey. Doug is based in the Dallas, TX office.
