LINGO ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF SALES AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE SELECT CUSTOMERS FROM MOMENTUM TELECOM

Adds to Lingo platform focused on SMB, Carrier & Consumer markets

Atlanta, GA - January 31, 2019 --Lingo Communications, LLC (“Lingo”), a leading global cloud and managed service provider dedicated to serving the SMB, Carrier and Consumer markets, announced today that on January 4, 2019 it closed a Sales Agreement to acquire non-core landline SMB and Consumer customers from Momentum Telecom, Inc. (“Momentum”).

Highlights:

  • Lingo acquired non-core landline SMB and Consumer customers from Momentum via a Sales Agreement that was implemented in the month of December 2018 and closed on January 4, 2019.
  • Lingo will enjoy additional opportunities as it cross-sells and up-sells these customers with its comprehensive suite of SMB and Consumer services.
